## AI automation

Builds AI agents for business operations (invoices, reports, data entry on a schedule), marketing and content (posts, newsletters, product and website copy drafted from the client's material and reviewed before publishing), software delivery (agents that take a ticket, write code, run tests, open and review pull requests) and customer communication (routine emails and forms sorted and answered). Hermes, his own multi-agent system built on this approach, runs the delivery work on his products.
